Statement of Charles Arthur Smith  dob 48/07/06  Taken October 6, 1990 at 9:45 a.m.
 

At about 8:00 - 8:30 p.m. I was standing at the kitchen window and I noticed the Caddy light came on in the interior.  From the appearance of the person I thought it was her daughter as she wears glasses.  The light went out and I didn't notice any further activity.  As a matter of fact it was one of the quietest Friday nites since we lived here.
